October is a Pink Month

Happy October, blog readers! It’s time to smell the crisp air and appreciate the changing colors. Think about your Halloween costume and then… Put on your pink. Why wear pink? Well, as some of you may know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Thousands of people are teaming up for Lee National Denim Day and Race for the Cure. If that isn’t something you would like to get involved in, you should bid for a slackline. No, I haven’t gone crazy (although some would argue that there is no going crazy for me). We have specially made two Pink Series slacklines, one Intro 30 and one Primo 50, for this October. We’d like you to bid on one of these two lines to help us raise money for a donation at the end of the month. 100% of the profits from this auction will go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

To bid on a Pink Series slackline, we will be putting both kits up on ebay. The auction will open tomorrow and go until October 31.

We are also making ribbons out of pink webbing, up for donations of $2, $5, and $10. These will be up for sale on our website with our regular products sometime tomorrow, October 2.
